Move Pro

Great team of movers! Very professional, polite, and cared for our items. Follow up communication was great as well. Highly recommend!

Hired them to move us. They were on time and very professional, but also very friendly. It actually took two trips and on the second trip we got a report that our power was out so when we got there, one of the movers jumped the back fence for us and was able to get in the house. I highly recommend t...

MOVE PRO is awesome! They personally helped me move this Fall and did a great job. The crew was professional and hard working and the office staff handled a few logistics that required someone patient and competent. All went well! I have also referred them to several of my clients and they have also...

Great experience from packing to delivery. The team was thorough and when there was an issue they pointed it out to us and corrected it. Including ordering new knobs when old ones broke. Definitely recommend.

We had 3 levels of furniture & appliances in our home which seemed overwhelming to us 'older' folks. These young men came in & moved everything like it was 5 lbs! They were all very respectful & great!

My client had the best moving experience ever! The owner came out to provide the moving quote. The crew was professional, accommodating, timely, efficient and effective. They went above and beyond to ensure my client had a great experience and she did. Their total price was the lowest of the other t...

This was the second moving company I used in Middle tennessee. By far this is superior over another Well named company in Middle tennessee. These guys were all rockstars! Do not hesitate to use them. West Tennessee movers are excellent.

Everything I heard about WTM was good. It was all true. Amazing job! Very polite staff. Only one piece of ceramic was broken in the move and it was something I packed and should have been a victim of down sizing anyway. I would highly recommend them for local or multi-state move (like we did). PS: t...

I used the guys twice this week, they loaded a truck on Monday, 12/9/24 and then unloaded the same truck on Friday, 12/13/24. The two guys that loaded on Monday, were an hour late but did call to advise. The two guys that unloaded were on time but then had to leave to try to find lifting straps. The...

I text this place about moving my apartment stuff to a new apartment that's less than 3 miles. They text me that I could use them but be thousand or more for that move. I found somebody to do this job for 450$. They are way to pricey so I would tell everybody to not use them unless you have lots of...

I find this company in July/22 to assist my mother who's a senior citizen with her move. They showed up on time and were very professional with the packing, moving, and storage. Then they moved her things to Maryland 7 months later. It was the same experience. I strongly recommend this company.

We just recently moved and used WTMS. I want to tell you there was only two men but they got there and hit the ground running so to speak. They has us loaded and ready to go in just a little over and hour. They were polite and did whatever we asked of them within their guidelines. I would use them a...

I would not highly recommend this moving company to move a dog house or a box of tissues the workers are lazy, not caring or understanding .Myself and my wife had to the whole moving adventure with this company we had to help take boxes to the truck and upstairs in the new house while one of the w...

They're no good don't store your stuff there to get ruined I don't do what they say they're going to do

Many problems. Broke wood off of sofa. Could not find a wood repair person. Destroyed Xmas ornaments by carrying on outside of truck in rain. Lamp not working. Feet broken off cabinet etc etc

I called West TN Moving & Storage to ask what their moving price was and they quoted $150 per hour, 4 hour minimum for 2 guys. They told me they could come out and look what I needed moved and quote me one price though as if trying to save me money. Since I didn't have that much to move I agreed....

This company has many five star ratings on Google...and deserves the same on the Yelp! platform. I am surprised that I am the first? The move that I am rating occurred on September 17-19, 2020:Was looking for a company in West Tennessee to conduct a two part move to get my aging parents in Jackson,...
