First Choice Moving And Storage INC

Cannot say enough good things about First Choice. Kenny is extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. He and his team have moved my family all over Middle TN multiple times and each time has been a great experience. They handle all items with care and are very efficient. Thank you!

Excellent company. Quality, dependable service and reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone needing moving services.

I know for a fact this is The Best Choice for handling Your furniture is First Choice . Kenneth's mother sold furniture He knows Mom didn't get paid if furniture was damaged on delivery. If first choice packs it ,moves it, it will be done to your satisfaction. Kenneth & Tom own this business. I'm Ke...

Frank, Dezrick and George were fantastic with our move this past Saturday 06/10/23. The First Choice team showed up timely, worked very efficiently and professionally. The guys bubble wrapped and padded anything that needed greater care. Tim and I had been very anxious about the moving process havin...

Very pleasant, efficient and reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use their service again. Thanks you guys!

We had First Choice move us this weekend and they did an amazing job! Frank, George, and Dawson worked wonderful as a team. They were efficient, careful, asked us lots of questions to be sure they put things where needed, and were extremely nice as well. They were worth every penny. Pricing was also...

Outstanding service! Kenny is very responsive and keeps you up to date on everything. George and Frank worked hard to get my things loaded and unloaded, assembled and reassembled for my move across town. This was my first time every hiring a mover and these guys will forever have my business!

Kenny was phenomenal. Very Easy to work with. They accommodated me on short notice request and went above and beyond to make this a smooth experience. Thank you so much for everything!

First Choice did a fantastic job moving our belongings! They were on time, courteous, and worked quickly and efficiently. I'll be recommending them to anyone who asks me who to call.

We wanted to use a local business to move from one house to another in the same zip code, so we chose First Choice based on previous positive reviews. We packed all small items ourselves and labeled boxes by rooms. Rick, Frank, Chico, and George got to us around 8:00am and got right to work wrapping...

First Choice was recommended to us as reliable caring and reasonably priced. Jessica came out to give us an estimate and was wonderful. Moving day came and the weather was almost too hot for a move. The guys showed up on time and cheerful. They took great care bringing our furniture in to our newly...

They did a good job. Did break an antique but they took it and "fixed it"... not really bc it broke in the same exact spot the next move. Did come back to repair dings and scratches in walls which was nice.

They told my parents they would be at their house at 7:30-8am to move them on 6/26/2021. It's 10:20am. They haven't showed, nor have they answered any form of communication while trying to get ahold of them. However, they sent an e-mail confirmation when they were booked confirming today at 7:30-8am...

First choice did a great job with our move. They were on time and didn't waste a second. We loved how they wrapped everything in blankets. They were very courteous and thoughtful. The price was about half of what we were quoted with some other companies. Would highly recommend them.

I planned our move this week from a thousand miles away, and First Choice was wonderful. They were one of the only companies where I could get a real, live person rather than filling out forms or automation or going through some reservation center in yet another location. Jessica in the office was g...

Padded and wrapped each piece as well as covered our wood floors and entryways. Great rates, friendly staff and top notch work.We had...

I have moved many, many times in my life and I have never had such an easy move. These guys were pros from initial contact to the end. They were able to accommodate me on very short notice (4 days!), came to work on a Sunday. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. NOT ONE SCRATCH on my fu...

These guys are pros. They were.on time, professional, very personable and great to work with. They had my move done in no time flat, and under budget.

Horrible! We recently had to PCS to another state and used 1st Choice Movers to help load our U-Haul truck. The 3-person crew was provided with 4 dozen heavy-weight furniture pads, plastic furniture wrap and access to every blanket we owned. My husband and I allowed them to pack the truck as they...

We had a great experience with First Choice Movers! They loaded our entire 4 bedroom house into a moving truck that we were moving to a different states. They packed everything extremely well and efficiently. They took their time to make sure nothing was damaged. We had a few small minor scratches o...

They ended up costing twice what we were quoted. They need to ask more questions about your house and the house you're moving to before quoting. They didn't break anything.
